Ronald James Hubbard

Ron Hubbard is an internationally recognized executive, architect, program manager, and organizational leader with more than five decades of experience overseeing complex design, construction, infrastructure, and development initiatives throughout the United States and around the world. His career reflects a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a lifelong commitment to advancing large-scale projects that improve communities and strengthen institutions.

 

For more than 40 years, Ron served as President and Chief Executive Officer of C+H Associates, Inc., leading international consulting assignments across diverse markets and sectors. His extensive experience encompasses strategic planning, program management, infrastructure development, organizational leadership, and the successful delivery of highly complex projects in challenging environments worldwide.

 

Prior to founding and leading C+H Associates, Ron held significant leadership positions within the United States Government, including assignments with Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; Headquarters, U.S. Army Europe; Europe Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; and the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. These experiences provided the foundation for a distinguished career managing some of the world's most complex development and construction programs.

 

Among his many accomplishments, Ron served as Program Manager for a $50 billion design and construction program that included 150 facilities, 32 master plans, and thousands of technical drawings supporting long-term military infrastructure development. His professional work has taken him to 87 countries and contributed to projects in 127 countries, providing him with an exceptional global perspective on development, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration.
