Cheryl Hubbard is a dynamic organizational leader with extensive experience spanning both the private and nonprofit sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully led initiatives in workforce development, career counseling, training and development, employee relations, and large-scale conference planning and execution. Known for her strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and ability to build collaborative relationships, Cheryl brings a practical and solutions-oriented approach to every endeavor.
As Chief Operating Officer of C+H Associates, Inc., Cheryl has played a key leadership role in guiding organizational growth and operational excellence. Her experience includes strategic planning, market analysis, organizational development, and problem-solving across a wide range of business and community initiatives. Her ability to translate vision into actionable outcomes has contributed to the long-term success of both clients and organizations she serves.
Cheryl's professional experience is complemented by a global perspective gained through extensive international travel, including living and working in Germany and visiting more than 20 countries. She holds a Master's degree in Conflict Resolution, bringing a unique understanding of communication, consensus-building, and relationship management to her leadership roles.
